Well, Apple haven’t accepted our app to the app store, but it’s still early days – we’re optimistic and have many channels to pursue to get tawkon into the hands of mobile phone users worldwide.

We could discuss our perspectives on the matter…

But here’s an objective view of the story by Roi Carthy from Tech Crunch posted today.

Stay tuned…

Apple is out of line….. Publish it for Android. I had every iPhone version and finally gave it up. Apple is like big brother its really disgusting, having to “jailbreak” every iPhone so I could run what I want….

Bought a Google Nexus One and its awesome!! I can run anything I want even root image the phone.

    Goodluck guys

Best of luck. I hope you do not experience stonewalling like that done by automobile manufacturers, who refused to offer seat belts or to build crash-worthy cars because they didn’t want to needlessly scare drivers …

Please bring this application to Nokia S60 5th edition handsets. I am willing to help beta test an early version if its in the pipe. Drop me a line ;-)

I doubt Nokia would ban your service. Bring it to Ovi store ASAP ;-) You could even win some funding from the Calling All Innovators competition.

Hey there, I read about Tawkon on modmyi, I understand you were refused into the AppStore, but nevermind that. This message is to thank you for all of your efforts so far, and to encourage you to continue. I

My name is Adrian, I’m 21 years old. Last year my father, Tony, was diagnosed with a type 4 malignant brain tumor, he’s 52. We were told he had months to live. I can’t express what an eye opener it was, it did make me reflect deeply on western lifestyle, the things we do and the decisions we make.

While I know the studies about cell phone use and cancer have been argued in both directions, and I’m not about to say my father’s tumor was the result of having his cell phones glued to his ear for months, I did want to say thank you. I think your efforts will help those of us who are concerned, and your efforts will bring awareness and cause others to open up their eyes and open their minds. Initiatives like yours also motivate manufacturers to make safer, better, phones for consumers.

For all we know, your initiatives may mean fewer families will need to go through what we are right now. My father is getting better, his past three MRIs have indicated the tumor is shrinking. I hope he’ll keep on getting better, and that you will bring us this product.

Best wishes, warm regards, and thank you.

    Adrian S.
